She was predeceased by: her son Jacob Shook; and her sister-in-law Jane Harstine. She is survived by: her daughters, Camille Kinkade (Ken) of New Philadelphia and Lydia Hostetler (Hunter) of Sugarcreek; her granddaughters, Lila, Stella, Cecilia and Raeya; her siblings, Christine Graor (Nick) of Brecksville, Linda Saylor (Terry) of Canton, Steven Harstine of West Lafayette and Rob Harstine of Dover; and her nephew Zachary Saylor.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to Community Hospice, Truman House, 716 Commercial Avenue SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.
