He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Holasek and Evelyn Holasek (Veleba); and his brother Donald Holasek. He is survived by: his children, Fred W. Holasek (Theresa) of Millersburg, Molly Snow of Millersburg and Emily Drzazga (Dale) of Sugarcreek; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Camille, Maren, Claire, Rowan, Cassidy and Una.
