He is survived by: his children, Chelsey Spafford and Devon Hines; his significant other Nancy Horn; his significant other's child Adrian Horn; his grandchildren, Bryce, Jadence, Nyliah and Zayleigh; his brother Robert Spafford (Liz); his aunts and uncles, Scheryl Estepp, Ginny Milner, Marjorie Wheaton (Steve), William Konkler and Steven Chilcote (Roberta); his niece Cassie Cade (Jesse); and his close friends, Skip Brown, Judy Long, Chad Long, Daniel Miller, Diane Williams and Mark Shahan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home (405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
