She was predeceased by: her parent James Patrick; her husband Lloyd Edward Simmons Sr.; her son Lloyd Edward Simmons Jr.; and her sister Elizabeth Balser. She is survived by: her parent Madge Marie Byrne (Miller); her children, Patricia Ann of Logan and James Michael Simmons (Janet Sue) of Logan; and also Cremean of Logan. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia's memory may be made to FairHoPe Hospice & Palliative Care, 282 Sells Road, Lancaster, Ohio, 43130.
