She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose and Richard Rinehardt. She is survived by: her husband Darrell McDowell; and her children, Monica Evans (Doug) of Baltimore, Scott Cote (Melanie) of Scottsdale, Andrew Cote of Lancaster, Pamela Cote of Logan, Pennie McDowell-Barrons of Reynoldsburg and Justin McDowell (Carolyn) of Baltimore. She is also survived by many grandchildren, two great children; brothers and sisters.
