Moore of Sugar Grove; his brothers, Tony Stevens (Ashley) of Logan and Curtis Moore of Sugar Grove; his grandparents, Jenny Smith of Amanda, Hideko and Mike Moore of Sugar Grove; and his nieces and nephews, Kaleb, Kayden, McKinley and Wyatt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
