He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Stevens and Viola Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his children, Elizabeth Stevens of Lancaster, Cynthia Stevens of Sugar Grove, Ohio and Joe Stevens (Marina) of Lancaster, Ohio; his sisters, Kathy Thomas of North Carolina and Jennie McDonald of North Carolina; and his pet Neala. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
