She was predeceased by: her parents, James Meadows and Melvina Meadows (Holley); her husband Ted S. Carper; her sons, Thomas Conrad, Donald Conrad and Richard Conrad; her children-in-law, Manson Williams Jr., Roland Woodard and Tammy Conrad; and her close friend Mary Stoner.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Conrad of Chillicothe, Patricia Woodard of Lancaster, Roger Conrad (Kim) of Sugar Grove and Norma Williams of Lancaster. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 10 great great grandchildren.
