She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Stamm and Pricilla Stamm (Stuckey); her husband Morris Kauffman; her son James; her great grandchild Judah Morris; and her siblings, Beulah Stockburger, Irma Short, Wilma Roth, Paul Stamm, Harold Stamm, Geneva Shetler, Grace Eicher and Denver Stamm.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Connie Kauffman Bosler (Lynn); and her sons, Dwight (Carolyn Kauffman), Randy (Becky Kauffman) and Neal (Roxanna Kauffman). She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
