He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frank and Marian Frank (Bauer); his brother Lester Frank; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Looku and Karon Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Kahrs; his daughters, Sherri Taylor (Mark) of Archbold, Jody Hulbert (Mark) of Defiance and Mandy Frank of Wapakoneta; his grandchildren, Bryson, Brandon, Meghan Taylor, Elizabeth Connor (Dan), Laney Hulbert and Madaylyn Short (Garrett); and his siblings, Gale Frank (Nancy), Mary Jane Lookup, Jill Fackler (Bill), John Frank and Janet McGhee (Ron).
Because of the COVID 19 Pandemic, social distancing and masks are required.
