He was predeceased by: his mother DeAnn A Riter (Gavette); and his son Daniel Riter. He is survived by: his father Phillip R. Riter (DeAnn) of Stryker; his sons, Derek Riter of Defiance and Jeremy Riter of Edon, Ohio; his grandchildren, Adrianna Hernandez-Riter, Hailey Riter and McKenzie Riter; and his brother Michael Riter of Stryker.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to Cancer Assistance of Williams County.
