She was predeceased by: her father Edwin F. Welden. She is survived by: her mother Bonnie E. Welden (Bair) of Bryan; her husband Michael J. Chappuis; her children, Tiffany Chappuis of Bryan, Jared Chappuis (Hannah) of Montpelier, Kirsten Miller (Seth) of Knox and Evan Chappuis of Liberty Center; and her sisters, Kelly Chappuis (Ron) of Evansport, Elaine Welden of Fort Wayne and Wendy Welden of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
