He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar J. H. and Valda Hildebrandt (Rohdy); his uncles, Harold, Edward and Ernest Hildebrandt; and his siblings, Alden Hildebrandt and Ruthanna Holthues.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Hale; his children, Susan Fisher, Terry Schultz, Scott Schultz, Bradley Hildebrandt (Diane) and Sydney Patterson; and his siblings, Betty Beck, Norma Stough, Dona George and Kenneth Hildebrandt. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the First Lutheran Church in Stryker, Ohio.
