She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Frank and Marian Frank (Bauer); her husband Bruce W. Lookup; and her brothers, Lester Frank and Virgil Frank.

She is survived by: her siblings, John Frank, Gale Frank (Nancy) of Stryker, Jill Fackler (Bill) of Pioneer and Janet McGhee (Ron) of Napoleon; and her sister-in-law Donna Frank of Stryker.

The family requests that memorial contributions be given to either the Evansport or Pulaski United Methodist Churches.
