He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Andres and Normagene Andres; his brother-in-law Dale Yoder; and his parents-in-law, Regis and Lee Spielvogel.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his sons, Travis Andres (Sara) of Atlanta and Adam Andres (Melissa) of Stryker, Ohio; his grandchildren, Noah, Liam and Adysen Andres; his siblings, Jeter Kerr, Vickie Yoder of Bryan, Ron Andres (Neva) of Bellevue, Kathy Sims (Tom) of Edgerton and Jerry Andres (Ladonna) of Archbold, Ohio; his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Spielvogel of Port Clinton and Robin Jakovich (Mark) of Sylvania; and also Heather Kerr.
