He was predeceased by: his parents, Tyberius Mann and Gladys Mann (Bergman); his wife Patricia A. "Patty" Potter; his daughter Karen Fitzsimmons; his son-in-law Eugene Fitzsimmons; and his brother Duane Mann.
He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis Oborn; his daughters, Patty McClure (Rick) of Chalybeate Springs and Kathy Shaffer (Tim) of Defiance, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jamie McClure (Christy), Sherri Fitzsimmons (Mindy) and Carrie Fitzsimmons; and his stepdaughter Katrina Michael. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
The family asks those remembering Eugene Mann to make memorial contributions to a charity of the donor's choice.
