It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek T. Short of Stryker, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Pam Short (Young). He is survived by: his father Richard Short (Sharon Short) of Pettisville; his girlfriend Ella Sharp of Stryker; his brother Brandon Short (Tasha) of Pettisville; and his nephews, Wyatt, Ryder, Brantley and Bowen.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest that memorials be given in care of the family.
