He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Virtie Hagy (Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Jo Ann Donnelly (Lyle) of Archbold; his grandchildren, Justin Snow, Joshua Snow and Jessica Weirich (Micah); and his siblings, Barry Hagy, Sam Hagy, Sue Ryan and Edna Neece.
