She is survived by: her husband James Hart; her daughters, Debbie Horvath and Beckie Evanson (Steve); her grandchildren, Eric Horvath (Shannon), Jessica Evanson (Mike Gordon) and Jackie Horvath (Larry Armes); her great grandchildren, Kellen, Reilly Horvath, Brynn Cappelli and Colin Hallquist; her son-in-law James Woody Horvath; her siblings, Beverly Bly, James Myers (Colleen) and Bruce Myers (Judy); her brothers-in-law, Bob Hart (Mary) and Jim Mauk; her son Donald Hart; her grandson Jamie Evanson; her brothers, Gilbert and Delbert Myers; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Brown and Betty Jane Mauk; and her caregivers, Neena and Alexa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
