He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Velma Norling, and William Norling, Sr.; his children, Samuel, Aaron, Wm E Norling (Elaine), Susan Anderson (Hugo) and Helen Noel (Mark); his grandchildren, Matthew Owen (Amy), Rachel Scott (Aaron Wasserman), Melissa Haire (Troy), Leah Krohn (Mike) and Mark Noel (Rebekah); his great-grandparent Navigator Willie; and also, Mark Owen, Teddy Owen, Nathan Wasserman and Mason Krohn.
