He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Kulnis and Pauline Kulnis (Wojciehowski); his wife Mary Jane Kulnis (Nagy); his son Randall W. Kulnis; his grandson Jaison R. Kulnis; and his siblings, Felix Kulnis Jr., Joe Kulnis, Bobby Kulnis, Jean Kulnis, Charlotte "Tootsie" DeNuccio and Annie Curran.
He is survived by: his children, William "Billy" J. Kulnis Jr. (Danielle) of Macungie, PA and Alison McCloskey (Randy) of Lake Milton, OH; his daughter-in-law Debbie Kulnis of Suffolk, VA; his grandchildren, Ashley "Amy" Kulnis (Darren Cross), Kadena Morgan (Ronald) and Kaitlyn Kulnis; and his great grandchildren, Rhandi Morgan, Mitchell Kulnis and Victoria Kulnis.
