He is survived by: his wife JoAnn DiGenova Chipps; his children, William Chipps of Youngstown and Nicole Polen (Robert) of Columbiana; his granddaughter Alivia Polen; his siblings, Danny Chipps (Dee) of New Middletown, Marilyn Yurko (Jack) of Boardman, Vicki Hutch of New Middletown, Paula Zimmerman of Austintown and Debbie Parella (Gary); his mother-in-law Rachele DiGenova of Youngstown; and his sisters-in-law, Kimberly Clayton (Gene) of Poland and Toni DiGenova of Struthers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
