She is survived by: her sons, Donald Sebastian (Jennie) of Columbus, Samuel Sebastian (Maria) of Poland and James Sebastian (Betty) of Struthers; her brother Tony Marchionda of Struthers; her grandchildren, Stefanie Sebastian, Alyssa Chmura (Matt), Brianna Sebastian and Sierra Sebastian; and her great grandchild Cameron Chmura.
