He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Adams and Jean Adams of Poland; and his wife Mary Adams of Poland. He is survived by: his pet Frankie; his sister Kathy Fisher (Jeff) of Cleveland, OH; his sons, Brian (Jennifer Forte) of Poland and Michael Adams; and his grandchildren, Tyler Adams (Taylor) of Pittsburgh, Nickolas Adams of Struthers, Brooke Adams of Struthers, Natalie Adams of Struthers and Brennan Adams of Struthers. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren.
