She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Blefare and Florence Blefare (Rago); and her husband Carl J. Pechalk. She is survived by: her daughters, Paget Stipanic (Don) of Summerfield, FL and Carol Filicky (Ken) of Poland; her grandchildren, Paul Stipanic and Kyle Filicky of Coraopolis, PA; and her sister Jane Williamson of Austintown.
