He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lisko and Anna Lisko (Slimak); his siblings, John Lisko, Joseph Lisko and Mildred Tarajack; and his grandson Brian Lisko.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Ann Lisko (Shepas); his children, Allen Lisko (Peg) of Leawood, Gary Lisko (Celeste) of Columbiana, Patti Cicuto (Brian) of Pittsburgh and Ken Lisko (Sonia) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Joseph Lisko (Anne Marie), Bradley Lisko (Roseanne), Amanda Ferguson (Dan), Melissa Tomer (Jeff), Danielle Kulp (Chad), Patrick Cicuto, Katie Lisko and Carly Lisko; and his sisters, Mary Seman of New Middletown and Helen Bodnar of Struthers. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
