She is survived by: her husband John "Ray" Bernat; her children, Cynthia Rae Buchenic (Mike) of New Middletown, Renee Rae Reyes (Johnny) of Poland and Raymond Bernat (Sherry) of Canfield; her grandchildren, Michael IV, Morgan Rae, Marissa Rae Buchenic, Alexis Rae, Ray Bernat and Johnny Cameron Reyes; her brother Allen Stephen Truhan (Karen); her nephew Jon Truhan (Valerie); her niece Beth Klatt (Josh); and her great-nephews, Jonah, Eli Klatt and Henry Truhan.
