He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Churilla and Veronica Sadosky Churilla; his wife Bonnie Lou Sander Churilla; and his stepgranddaughter Gianna Horvat. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Colegrove of Richmond, KY, Jeffrey Churilla of Austintown, OH and Kathryn Churilla of Tega Cav, S. C.; his grandchildren, Madison Colegrove and Lindsey Colegrove; his brother Thomas Churilla (Halina) of Poland, OH; his nephew Steven Churilla; his stepchildren, Sherri Lynn Horvat (Gregg) of Canfield and Salvatore Mattace (Brittney) of Grayson, GA; his stepgrandchildren, Nicco Mattace (Allie McIntosh), Gino Mattace, Jackson Horvat (Taylor), Nicolena Horvat and Elliana Horvat; and his pet Shasha.
