He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Mazzocco and Sally Mazzocco (Marr). He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Mazzocco (Evans); his brother Anthony (Struthers); his son Phil; his daughter-in-law Amy of Leesburg, VA; his grandchildren, Bryn and Drew; and his pet Rocco. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests monetary donations be made in Phil's name to the Animal Charity of Ohio in Boardman.
