Polya; his sons, John Hladun (Kimberly) of Berlin Center and Ronald Hladun (Judy) of Mountain Home, AR; his grandchildren, Joseph Hladun, Melissa Hladun, Cole Hladun, Craig Hladun (Mary) and Cody Hladun; and his brother John Chaban (Libby) of Poland Twp.
