He is survived by: his wife LuLu Sullivan (Cappitte); his children, Mike Sullivan (Tammy), Jaime Caudill (John), Dan Sullivan (Amanda) and Stacey Sullivan; his grandchildren, Michael, DJ (Kayla), Jordan, Vinnie, Mylee and Matti; his great grandchild Mela; his niece Samantha; his great-niece Arianna; his great-nephew Santino; his aunt Betty Bartos (Cordova); his cousin Eddie Sullivan (Phyllis); and his pet Peanut. He is also survived by his wife, spending time with his kids, grandkids, and his great-granddaughter.
