He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Foster; and his sister Toye Venable. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Venable Donlow of Georgia; his girlfriend Lori Hoskin of Boardman; his girlfriend's children, Sapphire and Jayden; his children, Norman Cochrane of Niles and Marsha White (Anthony) of Indiana; and his siblings, Laquetta Simmons of Youngstown, James Venable (Shirley) of Georgia, Rodney Donlow of Georgia and Sonia Foster of Columbus.
