She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Heil (Byles) and Norman Heil; her husband William L. Covan; her sister Janice Kaufman; and her son Bruce Covan.
She is survived by: her children, Brent Covan (Cherie) of Boardman, Brandon Covan (Kim) of Austintown and Heather Clinkscale (Nick) of Mount Pleasant, TN; her grandchildren, Camden, Connor, Cailyn, Cassidy Covan, Justin (Rachel), Allison, Zach, Jordan, Jack, Leah Covan, Caden, Brylee Covan, George and Melina Clinkscale; her great grandchildren, Case and Harper Covan; her siblings-in-law, Al Kaufman, Don Covan (Gail) and Cindy Loftis (Steve); and her nephews, Mike Kaufman (Connie) and Kurt Kaufman (Laura).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Struthers Church of Christ food pantry in Norma's memory.
