He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Verna, Gary Barnhart and Ronald DeSantis. He is survived by: his parents, Edward DeSantis Sr. and Betty Hernandez DeSantis; his brother Eddie; his daughters, Ava Symone and Mya Amina DeSantis; his siblings, Edward DeSantis Jr., Shannon Hernandez and Beth DeSantis; his grandparents, Rene DeSantis and Edward Hernandez; and his nephews, William Enyeart and Dominic DeSantis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
