She is survived by: her daughter Faith Zuzek (Robert) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Emma, Miranda Zuzek, Christina Little (Benjamin), Ethan, Elijah, Erik Puskas, Hope, Eva Puskas, Rick, Jenna, Matthew Newell and Michele Chancy; and her great grandchildren, Courtney, Joey, Taylor of Devan, D. J., Maddy, Talitha, Silas and Naomi. She is also survived by her children and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
