She was predeceased by: her parents, Dock Sr. Mays and Leora Scott Mays; her daughter Hope Simone Foster; her grandson Martwaun J. Moore; and her brother Fred Mays.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Moore (Paul) of Bonaire, GA, Frank Foster, Jr. of Youngstown and Sherri T. Wynn (Garland) of Youngstown; and her siblings, JoAnn Sims of Girard, Virginia Mays of Youngstown, Nisi Mays of Youngstown and Dock Mays, Jr. of Youngstown. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
