She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Makatura (Timothy) of Pittsburgh, PA and Alan Dunchak of Boardman, OH; her grandchildren, Catie Makatura, Aaron Makatura, Keith Dunchak (Cheryl) and Kristy Dunchak; her great grandchildren, Rylie Dunchak and Brooklyn Dunchak; her nephews, David Dunchak and John Michael Dunchak; and her niece Judy Duniho.
