She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Butinski and Sara Foster Butinski; her husband George Kutlesa; and her siblings, Andrews, James, Victor Butinski, Louise Spoljaric and Anna Butinski.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah "Debbie" Zetts; her son-in-law Bob Zetts of Struthers; her granddaughters, Stacey Dworak of Cincinnati, OH and Sarah Dworak of Park Hills, KY; and her great grandchild Aubrey Morgan.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Struthers Historical Museum (50 Terrace St, Struthers, OH 44471).
