He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett R. Lewis and Sophie Kotick Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Donald Lewis (Lina) of Canfield, Daniel Lewis of Poland, Denise Collins (James) of Arizona and Douglas Lewis of Poland; his siblings, Cliff (Cathy) of Powell, Wilma Moody of Nevada, Shirley Martin (Ron) of Struthers and Monica Geidner of Struthers; his grandchildren, Christopher Lewis, Samantha Collins, Rachael Collins, Alexandra Collins and Nanette Collins; his siblings, James Lewis and Hester Jane Kirner; and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Lewis, Lou Moody and Milan Kirner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Struthers Gridiron Club in Lee's name.
