He is survived by: his wife Karen Podwils; his son Lee Robert Collingwood of Youngstown; his grandsons, Zane Welch of Austintown and Seth Welch (Allison) of Round Rock, Texas; and his son-in-law Andrew Welch (Linda) of Boardman.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Becker Funeral Home - Struthers (11 Spring St, Struthers, OH 44471). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
