She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kukla and Catherine Kukla (Cholewinski); and her husband John M. Mrofchak, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Zetts (Tom), Julie Gioglio and John M. Mrofchak, Jr. (Ruthi Dulovy); and her grandchildren, Andrew Zetts, Thomas Zetts (Brittny), Katie Zetts, AJ Gioglio and Kimberly Mrofchak. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
