She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Simione and Phyllis Simione (Hoagland); her husband John Masko; and her brothers, Don A., Thomas Simione and Charles (Chuck).
She is survived by: her children, Charles (Chuck), Nick Costello (Nick) of Tempe, AZ, Chuck Costello (Bobbie) of Belleville, MO and Rhonda Hanni (Lou Ruggiero) of Boardman; her grandchildren, Jenna Billet, Anthony Billet (Tiffany), Cole Costello and Josh Costello (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Jordyn Costello, Giavanya Costello and Tallis Troxel-Costello; and her niece Tanja Simione (Holly Testa). She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
