Lavin (Jeff Hunter) of Berlin Center, OH; his siblings, Cody Hunter of Berlin Center, OH, Carlie S. Terlecky (Michael) of New Middletown, OH and Brooke Hunter (Hope) of Salem, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Samantha Pallone, Raini Vasko, Sydney Riley, Michael S. Terlecky, Nicholas Terlecky and Michael Pallone.
