She is survived by: her parents, Joseph D. Balestra and Joyce A. Balestra (Meek); her children, Zachary D. (Samantha Combis) of Struthers and Savannah L. Stephenson of Struthers; her granddaughter Alexus; her brother Joseph M. Balestra (Tanya Mucci) of Northfield, Ohio; and her former husband Chad Stephenson of Austintown.
