She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William and Arta McKay, Jr. (Thorpe); her husband Talmadge Kyzer; her children, Tammy L. Kyzer-Soukup, Doris Doreen Kyzer-Thompson, Talmadge LaVance Kyzer and William Tillman Kyzer; her nieces, Christina and Annette; and her brother William McKay, III. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
