She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Jenkin and Esther Enstrom Jenkin; her husband John I. Stephens; and her siblings, David Jenkin, James Jenkin, Lillian Fay and Alice Fiedler.
She is survived by: her son John H. Stephens (Patricia) of Struthers; her grandchildren, John T. Stephens and Lisa L. (David); her great grandchildren, Sarah, Mikey and Emily; and her sister-in-law Sandy Jenkin of Salem. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
