He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy D'Eramo and Philomena D'Eramo (Manna). He is survived by: his husband Will Wake of Poland. He is also survived by aunt, several cousins and many good friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that material tributes take the form of contributions to The Center For Dialysis Care in Youngstown.
