He was predeceased by: his parents, David Jackson and Amelia Jackson (Grace); his brother David "Doc" Jackson; his sister-in-law Lois; his sister Amelia Grace "Bud" Calzo (Vince); his stepsiblings, Albert, Ruthie Whitehouse (Perisian), Robert and Virginia Jackson; and his nieces, JoAnn Lapham, Darlene DeGenaro and Shirley Calzo.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Jackson-Wensel (Ernie) of Mount Pleasant, PA and Linda Stillerman (Gery) of Struthers, OH; his grandchildren, Jeremy Stillerman and Taylor Stillerman; and his sister JoAnn Rider (Zane) of West Middlesex, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that material tributes take the form of contributions to Hospice of the Valley, 979 Tibbites-Wick Road, Girard, OH 44420 in memory of Jacob.
