He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lombardo and Mary Lombardo (Rotunno); and his brother Ralph Lombardo. He is survived by: his wife Terri Johnson of Boardman; his daughter Staci Sikora (Keith) of Boardman; his brother Jeff Lombardo of New Castle; his mother-in-law Shirley Johnson of Boardman; his brother-in-law Scott Johnson (Joni) of Oregon; his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Lombardo, Natalie Lombardo, Kegan Johnson (Lauren) and Marissa Johnson (Alex); and his great-nephews, Luka and Milo Johnson.
