She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Blank and Helen Blank (Davis); her husband Richard John Thompson; and her siblings, Harold, Russell Blank and Eleanor Anderson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Dunbar (David) of Raleigh, NC, Patricia Flower (Wickham) of Cape Coral, FL and Sheryl (Gerald). She is also survived by four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
